OBRA / Craig, I'm about to move out (8-19-02) of my
house in Sellwood. We have one opening right now as
well. It's HUGE and has four bedrooms. Huge basement
for bike stuff and I kept my 3 bikes on the main
floor. W/D, gas heat and very quiet / low crime
neighborhood. No drug addicted, hipster bike thiefs in
da' 'Wood.
One current roommate is a District Attorney, Josh
Lanborn and Alton, guitar playin' hippy, is the other
roommate. Dogs are OK, no cats. You can call them at
the house if interested 231-2922 or e-mail me with
more questions. We / they are looking for someone
ASAP. . . so if you know anyone else let 'em know.
Rent is $342 per month with bills split evenly. There
is a $250 deposit paid to the prior roommate. I'm a
grad student at PSU and it is a 10 minute drive to PSU
from the home and the #40 Tri-met bus goes straigt to
PSU from Tacoma St.
906 SE Clatsop is the address.

heck even 3 bedrooms as long as the rent was good.
room for bike storage and off street parking would
be nice. portland area preferred w/ proximity to

look in the papers and such but i thought i'd check
here too as sometimes it's hard to explain to a
realtor that one individual can own 5 bikes.

really liked the 2 series format and hope it can
make a return next year!!
