I completely agree. Does your co-worker get worked up over cars causing
accidents? I doubt it. The bike rider didn't cause the accident. The auto
driver who slammed on the brakes in rush hour traffic and the auto drivers
who were following too closely caused the accident. I've had it with this
bike rider hate thing........

The co-workers' outrage direct at cyclist is ridiculous and hateful.
It's also misdirected.

Please, next time there's an auto collision reported (next morning
commute in the rain) please vilify your car-driving co-workers for
being part of a category of road users that drive such dangerous
vehicles and cause needless crashes.

Seriously, the whole idea of motorists blaming cyclists for any
problems is insane. Have these people never been stuck in rush hour
traffic? Been cut off? Sped through a stop light?
