This bike DOES NOT have a base bar. I used to have the Zipp VukaBull base bar, but it broke while being shipped. Instead of putting on a new bar, I have discounted the price so you can put the bar of your choosing on it. The bike is in good shape. It has nicks and scratches from dropped chains and basic wear and tear, but performs beautifully. I'm in Eugene.
