Folks,

At the October 24, PIR Cross Crusade, and November 7, Washington County Fair Complex all Juniors (Boys and Girls) will race at 12:35 pm. The 11:40 Junior race, and 2:15 Junior race will not occur on these dates.

Junior Crusaders have the opportunity to race in their own, no adult race in conjunction with the Oregon Junior and High School Cyclocross Series. Both the 10/24 and 11/7 races will count for Junior Cross Crusade Series Points. Additionally these races will be scored for High School Series points, and the Junior Cyclocross Series.

All the Junior Boys ages 18+ to 11 will start together. Call ups will order the Juniors according to Cross Crusade & Junior/High School series results first, second by age.

All the Junior Girls ages 18+ to 11 will start together in similar fashion with a time delay after the Boys.

The race will be 30 minutes in length.

The Cross Crusade is excited to support these two rounds of the Junior / High School Cyclocross Series and experiment with a Junior only race schedule.

If you are already registered for the Cross Crusade series, or have pre-registered there just be at the start line prior to 12:35 pm for your call up. If you have not registered for the Cross Crusade there will be a separate Junior Cyclocross Registration tent right next to the normal Cross Crusade tent. Be ready with the following:

1. Your OBRA membership card.

2. Your Birth Date to determine your Cyclocross race age

3. Your OBRA team name

4. Your High School team name.

We are sorry for the late notice about this schedule change. Please note that all the afternoon events have been shifted back by approximately 10 minutes to accommodate this Junior Series event.
