Class workouts will be instructed by Joanne Stevens, Certified ITCA Triathlon Coach, USCF Level 1 Coach, Certified Personal Trainer

Indoor cycling trainer and strength workout class. The class is appropriate for all levels of skill and fitness.

Two terms are offered.

Session 1 (Nov 2nd – Dec 14th 2010 ) No class Nov 23 (6 weeks)
Tuesday at 5:30pm at inmotion training studio
6 week term costing $60
Drop-in (if space permits; please check beforehand) $12 a class.

Session 2 (Jan 4 – Mar 1, 2011 ) (9 weeks)
Tuesday at 5:30pm at inmotion training studio
9 week term costing $90
Drop-in (if space permits; please check beforehand) $12 a class.

The class is divided into progressive power interval training on your bike and strength training using plyometrics, agility and power training. Increase you power, pedal efficiency, cadence and overall efficiency on your bike. If you only want to do the bike workout, that fine. The bike portion will be first.
