With tonight's race remaining in the July series, all categories have close
races throughout the top 10.
In the Cat 1/2/3 race only 7 points separates the top 3 - John Browning
(Corbin), Todd Duncan (Team O) and Jamie Mikami (Corbin). This SHOULD set
up an impressive (?) team dual (hint, hint) between the Corbin boys (and
girls) and Team O. If not, look for GS Cameratti to take the initiative in
support of Chris Meyers' shot at the podium....
Though Brant Bucholz's runaway victory is virtually sealed in the Cat 3/4
event, the race is tight for the next 5 positions. Sander (Is this guy
really unattached?) and Jones are sure to be attacked by the closely matched
trio of Harmon, Kuhar and Siwinsky....all with good finish kicks and
impressive team support.
With a very balanced attack of hot spot points and finish points, young
Taylor Kneuven is literally riding away with victory in the Cat 4/5s. And
with just 2 points separating the next 3 positions, the fight for the podium
is sure to be a gritty affair.
