I second that earlier snorkel suggestion.
"Sunday should be the rainiest day this weekend, with rain pretty much nonstop, she said. Up to 3 inches of precipitation are expected with this system in the coastal mountains and Cascade foothills of Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. The Willamette Valley will see an inch or more late today into Sunday."
