ROOM NEEDED: friendly student needs a place to live

Well, I just responded to Anita's post, but I figure it can't hurt to make a
post of my own. Our land lords gave us 60 days notice about 20 days ago that
they are moving in to our house. So we needs to be outs. My current room
mates are looking to do their own thing so though we all still like each
other, we'll be parting ways.

Anyways, about me. I'm a 23 year old full time student. I'm currently
hammering out my basics on the cheap at PCC before transferring to PSU to
study mechanical engineering (or math if I decide to switch it up for some
reason). When I'm not studying I like riding my bike, gardening, and honing
my skills in the kitchen making tasty vegan foods. Once I get settled, space
provided, I'd like to get back to brewing beer on a regular basis. I do not
currently have a steady job, as student loans cover my rent and my living
expenses, but I work odd jobs here and there to keep the beasts in my stable
functioning.

I don't smoke cigarettes and don't party (two beers is almost too much on a
normal night and 4 beers is a wild weekend!), but I don't mind if you are of
the partying sort. I'm a very flexible person who is easy to get along with,
slow to anger, and accepting. I'm also not the type to litter the house with
passive-aggressive notes, I'd prefer to politely discuss things face-to-face
if there's an issue. I also don't mind noise. You could play drums all night
and I wouldn't care. Though I am tolerant, I am not a noisy person.

I love cats and dogs, but do not own any. Umm...I think that about does it.
Phone or email both work if you need to contact me. If I don't answer and I
see that you've called I'll call you back, or you can shoot me a text.

Oh, I have 4 bikes, if that matters.

Thanks!
