CycleOne Coaching is offering its annual winter training camp. The camp is
scheduled for the weekend after Thanksgiving… Friday, Nov 26th through
Sunday, Nov 28th. This 3 day/2 night program is being held at the Stub
Stewart State Park near Vernonia. Cost is only $400.

CycleOne Coaching will bring together all the fundamentals you will need to
succeed in the 2011 OBRA road racing scene next spring. Each day will
feature a different training ride with terrain that varies from long hills
to rollers. Each evening you will learn about the latest in training
concepts in lectures given by USA Cycling Level 1 Coach J.Michael Manning.

2011 marks the 10th year in business for CycleOne Coaching in the Portland
area. Coach Mike brings much more than his many years of racing experience
to the camp. CycleOne is a full service coaching operation, providing
professional bike fitting, training programs, VO2 testing, and Dartfish slow
motion video analysis. He also has over 25 years of experience in fitness
training and muscle development, and is an expert in nutrition and
metabolism management.
