Hi,
I have a set of 38mm Carbon Clinchers (with aluminum braking surface) made by Ritchey. I paid $1,400 for the set, original MSRP was $1,700. I'm asking for $1,000.

I had to replace the rear wheel after a freak mishap with a screw (2 weeks riding with them, 1 race).

After replacing the set, I rode on them for 3 weeks and crashed. My shifters took the brunt of the impact, but surprisingly only bent three of the spokes in the front. I had those replaced and the folks at the shop were surprised by how undamaged the front wheel was and how quickly it trued up. One or two minor scratches, but still look pretty new.

I haven't needed to ride the wheels since I had the front wheel worked on. Combined, they have less than 500 miles on them.

They are pretty fast wheels. The aluminum braking surface makes them a little bit heavier, but not anything too noticeable.

The rear wheel is currently set up to work with a Campagnolo cassette, but that's a quick fix.

For the price I'll include the set of Continental Attack/Force tires that I bought for the wheels. ($120 value)
