Hi Matt,

Thanks for helping spread the word about rooms available in a house near Reed College. Here are the particulars:

The house is nice with a large basement, garage and kitchen. The rent is $335/month and includes heat, water/sewer and garbage. There are 3 rooms available.
There is a big yard with garden space and the location is good, walking distance to Trader Joe's and bus routes. It's on SE 37th and Raymond.
