Want your lower back to hurt less? Are your hamstrings tight as a piano wire? Neck and shoulders stiff and achy all the time?

Bike Yoga is a flexibility and recovery plan for active cyclists. Think of it as a tune-up for your body—with simple movements and exercises anyone can do or modify, regardless of flexibility. In as little as 20 minutes a day you'll improve lower back and core strength, hip and spine mobility, and ease neck and shoulder pain.
