i've seen this same bike and same person. they work at the car wash. there's also a nice Giant MTB there too. i've posted about this before but alot of people seemed to get offended that i would assume it was stolen. i ride by these two bikes everyday and it still bugs me. the scot addict even has clipless pedals that he rides w/ his work boots.
