Hey I tried to email you but your address kept bouncing. I have a Tiagra 9spd. set that I would let go for $100, but i won't split it up. Also you might try some penetrating oil if the shifter will shift to lower gears (easier gear) but won't shift down. I have "fixed" a few shimano shifters in this fashion.
