- The residence is located in NW 44th St. Vancouver, WA (safe and quiet) near downtown and Southwest Washington Medical Center.
- House is fully furnished (See picture)
- Fireplace, big screen HD TV, washer/dryer. (see picture).
- Currently no internet (but available if you want).
- Garden (see picture).
- AC and heating system.

The room
- Availability starts the beginning of December, 2010.
- One room fully furnished closet and share one bathroom (see picture).
- One garage parking space for renter.
- Do not require a lease but would like a person that is going to stay at least three months or longer.
- Utilities are INCLUDED in the rent; all above terms can be discussed depending on each individual.
Candidates
- Professional individual (male or female) whom is clean, respectful and mature.
- No pets, No Drugs, moderate alcohol.
- References and/or past rental history is needed.

About me
- I am an active mid 30's male profesional that is very easy to get along with and looking for the same type of person.
- I work for an international company and have general hours + trips.
- I don't have people over often as I look at my house as a sanctuary to get away from everything.
