*CycleOne Launches Winter Training Rides in West Portland / Hillsboro Area *

*Portland, OR November 19, 2010**

*CycleOne Coaching will officially launch a series of developmental training
rides on Monday, **November 29th**. **There is no cost to join. **These
Monday training road rides will start at 10:30 for those cyclists who can
ride midday **and will be moderately paced rides of 3 to 4 hours.** Training
will be open to all ability levels from beginner to elite. Juniors and women
are also welcome to join us. The meeting place for the first ride is Bethany
Village Shopping Center on Bethany Blvd. in the Rock Creek area of west
Portland.*

*Weekly **rides will originate from various westside locations and will
typically stay on flat to rolling terrain. **This developmental approach **will
be for the purpose of building base road mileage for the upcoming road
racing season. In addition, we will work on fundamental skills such as
paceline and echelon cycling.*

*CycleOne Coaching will also offer off road cycling on the weekends for
intervals and hill training. This will enhance your handling skills while
keeping you protected from the elements under the cover of the forest. And
it is just a great way to keep the “fun factor” in the wet winter training
ahead.*
