Hi Everyone,
I recently got a Go Pro HD camera and took some decent videos with it. The raw files play back fine but when I use the editing software I have (Windows Movie Maker or MGI Videowave 4), the "produced" movie becomes jerky. I have a feeling this has to do with the compression rate or codecs that are being used.
Thus, my question to those who are in the know: what video editing software are you using? I've heard great things about Adobe Premiere but am not ready to plunk down $100 just yet. Are there any free options out there?
My hardware should be fine. XP MCE, 4gb RAM, 512mb video card, Dual core processor, plenty of HDD space.
