My housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so I need to either find a new
housemate or move somewhere else.

Rent is 1400/month plus utilities (total; you'd pay half that). The house is
1200 sq. ft, 2 bed, 1 bath. There's a detached outbuilding thinger, finished
& insulated, that's become bike storage/maintenance. The house is convenient
to Marine Drive, I-205, Ikea, and...not much else...

I'm a 26-year-old programmer, financially stable, etc. I don't have pets.
I'd be open to a cat but the landlords say no dogs.
