Has anybody out there used the "older" style DA or Ultegra/Ultegra-SL brake calipers with the newest DA 7900 or Ultegra 6700 shifters? I've heard different things about their compatibility. I intend to use DA 7900 shifters with Ultegra-SL brakes. Shimano told me that they are not "A" compatible, but that they work fine and are "B" compatible (just not quite as much power). I was hoping to hear from some folks who have actually used this combination and can report on their results.
