LAST SUMMER, The Pursuit of Glory Track Class focused on getting your long interval split times "on a schedule" on the walls of the Alpenrose Velodrome.
THIS WINTER, Cyclisme Racing Programs present THE PURSUIT OF GLORY WINTER TRAINING CLASS with a focus on long intervals and performance improvements measured weekly.
If you want to be a great Time Trialer, or just be FAST, then this is the class
for you!
We will teach you to ride rollers, and set up your
intervals on the rollers, as well as teach you strength building
techniques, like yoga and kettle-bells.
Perfect your bicycling basics, elite training regime
& racing strategies with direction from National Caliber Coaches
like Portland fitness Rennaisance man,
"Mr. Oregon" Lance Coffel, as well as Olympian, Bob Mionskie all in an environment of sport coordinated by Cyclisme Director Sportif John Benenate.
This class will be largely out on the road and geared for all bicycle riders - from beginners to Olympic Hopefuls!
