Candi Murray/Oregon Bicycle Racing Assn
Course runs down the park block behind Portland State. Start/Finish at the
art museum. I'd watch over at the Schnitz because it does a one block jog
over to Broadway. Should be interesting with the pavement and the slight
incline!
