Foam Roller and Stretching Workshop Saturday

One of the easiest ways to help your body recover from hard workouts is to use a foam roller to work out the knots, and follow that with some focused stretching. If you are not regularly incorporating these things into your routine, you are missing out. The foam roller can also help with back, neck and shoulder pain caused by sitting at work, driving in the car, etc.

I will be teaching a workshop this weekend to show a focused and effective strategy for taking better care of your body with self-myofascial release using a foam roller and stretching.
