Team Highlander is a “grass roots”, USA Cycling (USAC), Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA) (Pending licensed) racing team with safety, camaraderie and goal oriented training as our top priorities. New members should have some racing or pack riding experience and a willingness to learn bicycle racing skills and tactics in a team environment. Those with strong egos may not fit in.

Team Highlander is an open enrollment organization welcoming anyone interested in competitive cycling. Team Highlander offers and encourages members of the team to work together to help each other improve and become stronger, smarter, and more competitive cyclists. The team offers members a supportive framework in which to pursue their racing goals, as well as offering aspiring racers an environment in which to grow and learn about the sport.
