Hi gang, anyone looking for a new place to live? I've got a room available
in my house *right now*.

Do you like living with other people, but want privacy too? Are you
outgoing/easygoing?

Have you gotten most of your partying out of the way?
Do you want to live within a 5 minute bike ride across Hawthorne
Bridge from downtown?

Information about the house:

- It's located at SE 7th and Mill, which is a 10 minute walk to
downtown (across the Hawthorne bridge.) It was

built in 1906, and has a ton of character. There would be various
renovations going on occasionally.
- The room is $480 per month (you'll have a month to month lease.)
Utilities are not included in rent,
and run about $30 a month in the summer to about $50 in the winter.
I've got a high-speed wireless network in

the house.
- The room has windows on two sides and looks at Mt. Tabor, and South.
- No pets please, one golden is enough for now.

Information about the other people living here:

- Right now there's three of us here (with my 5 year old golden
retriever.) We're a 28 year old man who races

bikes and builds things; a 27 year old woman who does aerial dance and
a 27 year old woman who's back in school
for a change in career (and has a 6 year old daughter who's here three
days a week.)
- We're clean, but not obsessive. We share a kitchen and upstairs
bathroom (there's 1.5 bathrooms in the house,

with a powder room off the kitchen.) Moving in means you agree to be
on the cleaning schedule and help maintain
the overall cleanliness of the place.
- We're not loud, and we don't have parties; if that's what you're
looking for, we probably won't be a good fit.
