Normal muscles are typically non-tender or only mildly tender when rolled out. Tight and overworked muscles are painful on the roller, and usually don't do their job as well whether it be pedaling your bike or anything else.
The foam roller is one of the fastest, cheapest and easiest ways to improve the health of your muscles.
This class will teach you how to find and treat your trigger points using a foam roller.
