Prepare for a long and healthy season of riding. This yoga workshop is
designed for cyclists and will offer ways to find comfort on and off the
bike. We will reclaim foundations, elongate chronically shortened muscles,
and find proper alignment.
Details: Sunday, March 13, 10 am-1pm. $45/40 for BTA members.
