Hello fellow racers,

Work has been slow for me this winter as a land surveyor so I have been doing pressure washing on the side for some extra cash.
Mainly the projects that I do are driveways, sidewalks, decks, and fences. Instead of doing a flat rate by the square foot, I appraise my projects mainly by the amount of dirt and moss. On average I charge $200 to completely clean a normal Portland size driveway, sidewalk and front walk.
To be honest...I need work! So just for OBRA members I'm offering my services at 40% off. Basically it would be the cost of renting a pressure washer for the day, but you don’t have to do any of the work!
I am very thorough with my work. I don't leave streaks on concrete, I use low pressure nozzles on decks and fences, and I clean up any dirt overspray.
All my clients have been very pleased with my work and want me back on a yearly basis. If any cleaners are used for heavy soiled areas, I use environmentally friendly products. I can also apply sealers and protectors.
