It's been an exciting four months for Team Rubicon!
We have had our share of ups and downs and I am happy to report that
Rubicon now has 9 national medals and 2 new national records! Way to go
team! Each medal won earns money for the LAF, though an outpouring of
Pacific Northwest individuals who took us up on the Rubicon Challenge and
pledged $5.00 per medal.
We still have yet to compete at Elite National Track Championships, August
26 -31 at Trexlertown PA. Unfortunately we will only be sending two riders
this year, due to the recent injuries suffered by Darien Curl, and the
relocation of Emily Thurston.
Current team medal count: 5 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze, 1 -Fourth place and
1 -Fifth place.
However none of this would have been possible without the generous
donation of Team Rubicon's sponsors! We would like to say BIG THANKS to
