I have Robert Vigeant do contracting work for my
business and home. He's a fellow OBRA racer and an honest contractor. I
recommend you talk to him first. Thanks and best of luck,

Hello,
I am looking for a private contractor or handy man type to do some ceiling repair and possibly roofing work on two rental units. When repairing a tenants closet, I noticed a wet/semi mold/soft spot in the rocksheet of the ceiling in the closet. I suspect (pretty obvious) that there is a leak of some sort. In an adjacent 2 bedroom upstairs apartment there is a possible small leak in the roof aswell with easy access to the attic. I had covered the roof over the suspected leak with henry but am not positive it did the trick.

I'd like to pay a smaller/local person rather than contracting through Home Depot...ect.

If anyone know of someone who would want to come take a look, please let me know. The apartments are in SW near Barbur Blvd and Capitol Hwy.

Thank you,
Ryan
