I know this is kinda random but I have been screwed by so many Subaru dealer mechanics that I thought I should give kudos to the shop I have found that has been fixing my car for the last year or more. They are very helpful and reasonable.
TNA Automotive is owned by Tareq Alhashim.

The mechanic there and Tareq are both Subaru certified mechanics. They use OEM parts and oil changes are usually walk in for 30 bucks.
They also work on all makes of cars, Subarus are what they specialize in.
Sorry for the shameless plug, but I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic.
