First off I'd to say thank you to all the well wishes I got last week when I
posted the story of my crash when I was found in a ditch on the side of
Germantown road. I would also like to say thank you to all the people who
tried helping me track down the person who found me and called the
ambulance. I'm very happy to tell you all that with some extra special help
from an Obra member I was able to get contact info for the person who found
me. I was able to call and speak with him and his brother, thank them, and
will be meeting with both of them this week to talk and maybe get some more
details about the crash. It's still crazy to me that I don't remember
anything from most of the day and part of Sunday. I guess its my body's way
of telling me I don't want to remember.
Thanks again to everyone here, makes me feel like I just gained a lot more
friends in the Portland area. And on another good note, I am now back on my
bike. Just commuting to and from work, but you gotta start somewhere. Hope
I'll get to see you all soon at some races.
