Hello fellow racers,

Work has been slow for me this winter as a land surveyor so I have been doing pressure washing on the side for some extra cash.
Mainly the projects that I do are driveways, sidewalks, decks, and fences. Instead of doing a flat rate by the square foot, I appraise my projects mainly by the amount of dirt and moss. On average I charge $225 to completely clean a normal Portland size driveway, sidewalk and front walk.
To be honest...I need work! So just for OBRA members I'm offering my services at 40% off. Or for almost the same cost you can rent a washer, break your back loading it into your truck, find enough hoses and a gas can, get gas, figure out how to turn it on, learn how to wash different surfaces without leaving “zebra” stripes, get all wet and muddy, then undo all the equipment, load it back into the truck, take it back to the retailer, just to realize their closed and you have to pay for another day of rental. Or for a few dollars more you can sit inside your living room and watch me out the window, or better yet, go for a bike ride.
I am very thorough with my work. I don't leave streaks on concrete, I use low pressure nozzles on decks and fences, and I clean up any dirt overspray.
All my clients have been very pleased with my work and want me back on a yearly basis. If any cleaners are used for heavy soiled areas, I use environmentally friendly products. I can also apply sealers and protectors, weather permitting.
If you’re interested you can just e-mail me with any questions on what you want to have cleaned and we can go from there as far as giving you a quote.
I’m now expanding my work to include washing houses and cleaning out gutters.

Thanks,
