Workouts only make you tired, it is the recovery process that makes you stronger. Many cyclists, however, give little thought to recovery or maybe just throw down a recovery drink after workouts and races. This is an important step, but many cyclists do little or nothing at all to take care of their muscles. Stretching and foam rolling are like brushing and flossing for your muscles. It takes just a few minutes per day, but can have a big impact on recovery.

Many people do not know how to use a foam roller, or they have been shown how to take care of a few areas, but lack a good head to toe routine. This workshop will help you learn an effective routine for self myofascial release using a foam roller.
