Joel Palanuk, race promoter for the Sisters Stampede and long time OBRA racer, has been selected as a finalist to receive the Kazlaw Community bike award for the BC Mountain Bike Race. The winner gets free entry into the June, 2011 race. Joel has been a huge advocate for racing and riding in the Sisters and Bend communities as well as state level, OBRA sanctioned events.
