WTB: right 10s shifter, sz 46/47 road shoes

Thanks for the well-wishing regarding the crash! Also thanks to those who
are reminding me that Sram and Shimano rear derailleurs are not compatible.
I am aware of this, just contemplating whether I want to turn this crash
into an upgrade situation (as a heavy dude who must sprint to win, Double
Tap and the ability to comfortably shift while standing in the drops seems
great to me).

Definitely desiring a right Shimano 10s shifter first and foremost. And the
shoes.

Hey folks, just went through my second not-my-fault-gosh-darnit collegiate
crash in two weeks, and assessing the damage.

I need:

A right 10 speed brake/shifter (preferably 105 or other Shimano, but I would
consider Sram.)

Road shoes. Size 46.5ish. Mine got destroyed.

Extra points if you are in the Eugene area, but I also have access to
Portland and Salem. And just for fun, here's a picture of the crash.
That's me getting run over back there.
