I am in Portland and would like to put this together in the next month or so............

I am putting together a bike my neighbor can use around town, and race some cyclocross on this fall. He and his wife have a three year old and cyclocross is not their highest priority so not looking for Dura Ace or Carbon Fiber. Want to help him have a toy he can play with and still have a happy wife and child!

Main thing is good condition. Less expense the better for this project and family harmony!

The bike will be set up as a 9 speed.

Looking for a Shimano 105 or Ultegra front derailleur (for double crankset). I measured the outside seat tube diameter and it was 32mm. A 10 speed will work with 9 speed if you have one.

I am also interested in the following Rear derailleurs as I will use either road or mtb cassettes I have to make this work.
XT, 105 or Ultegra rear derailleur (10 speed 105 or Ultegra will work with 9 speed).

Shimano 9 speed bar-end shifters.

Last but not least a 27.2 seatpost that is about 350mm at least.
