I'd agree with Mark. I have had the same problem with Ritchey Cleats.
Interestingly enough, I have found that the Wellgo 98A cleats will work
perfectly with my Shimano and Ritchey pedals. Although, I was using Shimano
pedals that were a couple years older. If you can find the Wellgo cleats,
give them a try.
