Don't know about a prelim start list, but here's what I used for GPS last year: 15600 SW Rock of Ages Rd. McMinnville. If your GPS chokes on that, try intersection of SW Peavine Rd and SW Youngberg Hill Rd. Not a ton of parking so carpool if poss.
