1. Standard black 1-1/8" Chris King headset... at least a few years old, but works beautifully. Little bit of grime and cable rub where you'd expect it... includes crown race -- $40
2. Beater Shimano clincher wheelset -- 6600 rear hub to Open Pro, 5500 (yellow-label 105 I think) to CXP-22. Lots of brake wear on the rims (but certainly not to the point of needing replacement), hubs could use a little bit of work. Is $100 with a 12-25 10spd Ultegra cassette & skewers too much? Or take off $20 if you don't want the cassette.
