HI there,
During the Mt Tabor Criterium several years ago, Deneen Triplett and I hit a
dog during the tandem event. Thankfully we did not suffer a mishap, and the
dog lived. There was a course marshall at the site, but the dog was off
leash and the owner was unable or unwilling to call it off the course. A
repaet of this situation is not good for either side.
