They have been on sale as long as I can remember. I finally spent the
extra few bucks and bought rechargeable batteries. Nickel Metal-hydride,
top of the line. It came with 4 AA. They will take over 1000 charges,
and the energy from the home outlet is barely measurable. Fred Meyer had
'em. Bikers who love the earth should get some. Peace
