Heat gun, acetone, and elbow grease. I have used this over the years for my FIR carbon disc, Zipp 404/808/1080/discs, and HED stinger 9/Disc. DON'T just heat the rim up as hot as you can, but a gentle heating with the gun makes the glue pill and roll easily. Anything you can't get, just use Acetone (wear gloves) and it will come off with ease.
