Hey OBRA,
I'd love to work with a contractor I trust, cyclist or not - so
any recommendations would be great. We're moving into our first home and
planning on doing some work ourselves and hiring out for other parts. I far
prefer someone I can trust and count on than anything else, this house is
our future.

Items we'll need a contractor for:
General interior plaster repair
Bathroom installation (removing old tub, installing new)
Exterior house painting (main color and two accents, old four-square)
Chimney removal (chimney has been cut down below roof line already)
Sealing concrete cracks in foundation (all superficial, "real" ones were
already fixed)
Wall removal (not sure if it's load-bearing, if so then installing a
support)

We will be trying to get some of these started in June and others later.

Let me know if you have great experience with someone in town or are someone
who does any of these services.
