Thanks again for all the responses, I still could not get it satisfactory and River City agreed that it was not right. They are going to replace the cables and housings with name brand (shimano) and delete the in line adjuster. All under warranty since it's fairly new. I am confident they will get it straightened out, they have worked for me with warranty problems before. Thanks, Arlo
