I have a friend who has overstayed his welcome. He's looking for an apartment and I'd love to help him along. Since it seems that affordable close-in places aren't available for long I'd ask ya'll if any of you have any leads. Shared situation won't work. 1-bedroom, walk, bike and transit accessibility a plus. I know about Craigslist. Any other ways to get leads?
Any tips off-list please.
