Thanks to everyone who recommended a Surley Fixxer. The Fixxer works on Shimano freehubs and are in abundant supply. I want to convert a hub threaded for a freewheel.

I used to have one but it got sold along with the Mavic 3G it was on. Had I known how hard to find it is, I might have kept it. I know Hed makes one but it lacks the reverse threads for a lockring I desire. I understand the adapter itself is not locked but it will be when I get done with it.
