My sister in law is running Shimano 105 10-speed (pretty sure it's 5600) on her cross bike and her front shifter has quit working. As I understand it, these aren't repairable (if anyone out there has proven otherwise, please let me know).
If you've got one for sale - maybe you trashed your rear shifter in a crash and then upgraded, and now your leftover front shifter sits patiently in your parts bin waiting to be used again? - let me know.
Would also consider an upgrade to a pair of reasonably priced Ultegra 6600 series or maybe even DA 7800 series shifters.
