Mt. Hood Cycling Classic

Dear NW Racers,

I am afraid to report that due to the huge demand for this year's Mt. Hood Cycling Classic we have filled our Pro 1-2 Men's Field of 150 riders. Due to the narrow roads and techincal criterium we will not be expanding this number. We will take the first 20 people who contact us for a waiting list. We always receive a few cancelations so there is still an opportunity before race day to get in. Once we have hit the 20 on the waiting list we will close the list completely. Masters 35+/45+ we are seeing huge interest this year. We only have 15 spots remaining as of now. We have a 100 rider field limit for this group. Please sign up now to avoid not making it in.

Pro 1-2 Women you have plenty of space as we are only at 50 registered riders but come on out and take this opportunity to race against two of the top women in the world. Kristin Armstrong from Peanut Butter Company 2012 will be facing off for the first time with Clara Hughes, Canada's most decorated Olympic athlete ever (one of the few summer and winter games athletes medaling in speed skating and cycling).

Anyone with less than satisfactory fitness
Not up to racing 3 Summits but you are just itching to ride this epic course. Come on out and ride Tour de Hood. This well supported ride follows the same course as the pros or you can opt to skip the first climb for a shorter 57 mile option. Incredbile food, drinks, and support as well as a timing for all it is a great opportunity for those not ready to throw down with the top racers in the country.

To everyone else this is going to be an amazing race this year. You are not going to want to miss it!
