Looking to do your first triathlon? – Join Rolf Prima at the Rolf Prima Tri at the Grove on July 24th, held in Cottage Grove, Oregon at the beautiful Cottage Grove Lake.

The race features Sprint and Olympic distance courses with individual and relay team options. Camp lakeside or select a nearby hotel. Make a weekend of it and plan for a pre-race evening social and Q&A with the pro's the night before the race. This is a race course created with the racer in mind: calm lake swim and low-to-no traffic courses for the bike and run.
