Well that kind of messes up both sides right now then (as Rose Festival is in progress).
Here’s what I did this morning, which is by no means a great solution;
Back to Belmont and up the walkway to the bridge,
Up Water to the farthest point I could, up Grand to Oregon and then connected back with Interstate again.
They’ve got that thing pretty messed up if you ask me.

Once issue, as soon as the Rose Festival begins the bike path along the water on the west side is often off limits to bikes.
